Development Project Profiles
Scottsville Heights – This development included land acquisition, rezoning, construction of a townhome community and the rezoning of adjoining land for an affordable housing community which met a critical need.
Countryshire Estates – This cluster development included land acquisition and rezoning to provide a mix of residential housing in a single family neighborhood including rental townhomes and for sale patio homes to meet a growing market need for small lot homes.
Heritage Park Apartments – This development included land acquisition, rezoning, and the construction of 40 upscale apartment homes in Webster New York.
Ridgewood Mixed Use Development – This development included land parcel assemblage, demolition, and a unique progressive development overlay district zoning (PDD) which allowed for the construction of 104 apartments, 60,000 SF of office space, a 30,000 SF retail plaza, and 20,000 SF gymnastics training center in Webster.
Preserve at Wood Creek – This development included land acquisition, demolition of dilapidated houses, rezoning, and the construction of 100 upscale apartment homes which enhanced the West Webster neighborhood.
North Ponds Village – This mixed use development in Webster included land acquisition, infrastructure pond and gazebo improvements, and the development of an innovative transitional land use plan to allow for a mix of commercial and residential uses. A new Holiday Inn Express Hotel, Kindercare daycare facility, CDS Monarch Senior Housing, and Reliant Federal Credit Union were constructed on the site.
The Legends at North Ponds – A mixed use office and senior housing development that included rezoning the restoration of a 3,000 SF historic farm house for an office use and the construction of a 114 apartment senior housing community adjoining North Ponds park. It has innovative architectural design and resident amenities. The Legends at North Ponds meets a growing need for affordable 55 and better housing in Webster.
The Carriages at Cedar Rock – A 43 unit townhome community in Webster that was constructed on a difficult development site which required rezoning and variances to allow for development. Its classic architecture and design meet a growing need for a low maintenance lifestyle.
Whitney Town Center – A recently constructed mixed use development in Perinton which included rezoning and wetlands preservation. It will include a 28,500 SF of retail/office space and 151 senior housing apartment homes.
